I will keep a blog on ways to improve out web user experience.
Number One, I love what you've done with showing the myriad features available to users of masskiting. Can you leave each article up just a little longer so the user has time to read it. Good stuff!
Number Two, when you click on a link, have the new link open in another tab

I will ask questions if needed here or simply keep plugging on this list. These two I am in process with. The other is image handling. I am fixing our ability to attach pictures to posts and comments. Last night private message field was enlarged it was a 1x1 square. The theme of the shout box was corrected.
Is that available?
