Folks,
Have anyone on this community done any kiting in the Keys?? I like to have some tips on places to ride, kite shops, schools whatever you are whiling to share I'll take..
I'm sure someone here been there in the past and will tip in.

Key West, Kite House, Duval Street, Bahia Honda
So I went there last December and I rode with Kite House which was going 5miles out to complete flat water and anywind direction and you could stand anywhere to your waste!
Renting scooters you can park on Duval street and there is crazy street drinking and bars that you can leave with your cup or order on the sidewalk music and people everywhere.
Bahia Honda is a gorgeous key that you can go to the state park there and kite but it was pretty but the best kiting was with kite house.
Ask how booked kite house is an see if you can do double sessions. Spend the money or you will not get the value out of the trip in my opinion.

JD got it right on. I was there kiting with the kite house as well and I loved it. Great crew, great conditions and lots of bars and restaurants to hang out. Just a caution on the wind as Jay said. It could be hit or miss that time of the year.

Dude Thanks for all the info, I've been on the keys couple times but I wasn't a kiteboarder

One thing you missed on your reply was about the cuban guy who rools the cigars right on the spot
I was there with my in laws and we loved the cigar
