Well all my gear has finally arrived! After months of searching for cheap affordable used gear I'm ready to hit the water. This weekend is looking like it may shape up to be B-E-A-utiful. Weather forecast says maybe even a high of 80 Sunday. Winds look good too as for now, will keep an eye on them. So I was wondering who else is missing out on the Hatteras trip. I can only make it to Revere or PB via public transportation. So if any of you are planning on heading out there I would love to tag along. I wish I could make it to the cape, but zip car is just too pricey for the whole day. I've only taken one 2-hour session so I won't be much fun to kite with, but if you're looking to get a good laugh at some one else's expense I'm sure I'll supply plenty of those. I'm looking to borrow my buddies wet suit but If anyone has a Med, MS, or even large wet suit encase he falls through, that would be awesome too.

Hey, Im finally free this
Hey, Im finally free this weekend and id love to get out in some nice weather. I dont think we've met but id love to get out there with ya and have a sweet warm windy sesh. keep ur eyes on the forecast and well see what is lookin best. And I have a car if we need to drive a lil.

I'm considering a session
I'm considering a session this weekend. My first since October; Let me know if your headed to Revere (I've never been to PB and i'm positive i'm not good enough to ride there).
Think a light wet suit will do it; i'm guessing that i'll be cold really quick.

Kite Revere on Sunday
Hey guys,
I am down to ride Revere on Sunday. I have a car and will be heading over from Medford to Revere late morning/early afternoon (Ludacris is going to be at Tufts University on Saturday, which is where I'll be all day Sat).
I think I will be able to fit one more person w/ gear in my P.O.S. 4 door saturn coop, so shoot me a PM if you need a ride.

Saturday
We'll my friend flaked on me with the ride and wetsuit for today so looks like sat will be my first session. Can't wait to see you guys out there. If anyone is in the Boston area I could use a ride to Revere sat. If enough people need a ride I could also see about renting a zipcar for the day but that can get a bit pricey even for 4-5 people.(like 15 a person)

mass exodus
The wind gods will make sure this weekend comes through due to the mass exodus to OBX. There's an old saying about "never leave good wind to find better wind" but I kinda wish I was on the program and heading to the HATT today.
Great crew going down.
Anyway, we should coordinate some kiting over the next few days. I wanna make sure all the newbies are safe cuz it's gonna be a great season this year.
Jay and I were talking about checking out the open house at Boston Sailing Center if anyone's interested, gonna bring our women.

Revere Saturday morn
I'm thinking about heading to Revere Saturday morning, but I would have to leave early in the afternoon. How are the wind conditions gonna be in the morning? Is it worth going if I have to leave by 12:30?

Adam i think about 8 people have shown interest in meeting at Revere. Not sure who will show and what there experience levels are like.

Great time yesterday
Round one of '02 14m slingshot fuel versus Me trying to learn to Kiteboard was a draw. Although I managed to get up and ride a couple times and get the hang of controlling the c-kite, At one point I did get dragged backwards for what felt like miles. Spectators found this very amusing.
Had a blast at Revere. Winds were lousy when I got there but ended up getting some good time in late that afternoon. Was great meeting some of you guys and a special thanks to Nick and Rafi for their help. I'm headed to Revere again today with Ilya and should be there around 2:30. Don't know how much kiting I'll get in considering my entire body aches from the day before, but hope to see some of you out there.

no wind
Ilya picked me up and we headed to Revere. Wind was sporadic and light so we decided to chill in Nahant and drink a couple beers on the beech. No kiteboarding but a good day never the less. Was probabaly better off considering how sore I still am. I don't have class tomorrow so I'm going to try to get out somewhere if I can...Hope you got as much work done today as you wanted.
Looks like the wind is going to be lite and on shore until late afternoon. We could possibly get a light wind session in around 4 or 5. I'm helping my friend in the morning but will probably try to stop out there around then to see what it looks like.
