7/9 wind anywhere?

Been out of the loop for awhile securing a job and getting my shit together but I'm back and eager to hit the water soon. Planning to take the trip to the cape this weekend but was crossing my fingers for some pre-weekend kiting Friday. I'm getting conflicting wind reports for Friday. I'm off of work and was thinking of scoping out crane beach. weather.gov says 11knts by 2-5 but Windguru says different. Haven't herd anything about the beach and was wondering if anyone could give me the lowdown before I took the trip or wanted to join me. I might also just hit revere with some beer and hope for the best.
