Kalmus Beach

Kalmus has some of the higher average recorded winds on the south side of the Cape. It is favored by windsurfers. Water can be choppy, and boat traffic is heavy. In season, kiting is not allowed until after 4pm. It is OK for beginners at low tide, but only if you stay way down to the left.
