where on the Cape? I've just recently joined this site in the attempts to find new spots. I've only kited in the Eastham area at the Cape 9Not even sure of the location but its a pretty cool bay area. Now, I've been reading about Chapin Beach and am curious about checking it out. Familiar with it??

Hey sailmass. Chapin is a great spot however in a ssw like today the wind would be offshore which is really never a good idea.
You can sort the beaches section of this site by wind direction to find places to go in any wind.

Gotcha...Thanks Eric. I'm learning alot with this site. Again, just got on here recently. What forced me on here was this past Wed, when I was gonna be traveling in Boston and knew wind was supposed to be kicking.
I ended up leaving a meeting in the Boston area, and trekking up to Maine for a sick afternon session...got on the water at 1, got out at 7 30...non stop, not even for water..lol
But, once I dial in some of these spots in the area I don't have to spend 6 hours driving time, to kite 6 (although it was worth it..lol)

Cape Wednesday
I'm thinking about hitting the Cape tomorrow to meet up with some folks from the Vineyard. Not for sure yet but will know later today. If anyones headed down from Boston would be cool to carpool. Hit me up if you're going. No thoughts on where yet so open to whatever.
