Hatteras 2012: Calling All Kiters

It was great seeing so many of you last night and catching up! Everyone seemed equally stoked to relive last years trip and start thinking about going back again this spring.
So its that time of year again where we start planning and dreaming of the slicks and endless waves of OBX. This is our signature Masskiting event and the one not to miss out on! This year we have a mix of old and new.
Jean has the same Ocean front house he had last year in Frisco and has space available there.
Jeremy and I have two sound side houses right next to each other. I have the same house as last year for those who came last year you will remember its right there by the large private beach and connected via the boardwalks. Jeremy has the next closest house on that same street so we have effectively taken over the cul de sac and Jeremy is already planning another pig roast!
New this year Sam has rented a house in Waves area just a half mile south of Reel on the sound side.
We will have endless possibilities for down winders, waves, and slicks.
Now every houses is a little different and offer a slightly different feel. Rates are pretty much the same as last year and we will have the same meal tax. We will make up shirts like always have group meals and parties throughout the week and carpool down. As we get closer we will be able to announce more info on Demo's, parties, etc.
We are looking at April 28th/29th to May 5th/6th depending on which house you are in as some are Sat to Sat and some are Sun to Sun rentals.
As of now Jeremy's house is full. Jean has a few beds left, Sam has 3 bunks left and I have a mix of king rooms and bunks left but space is limited and spots are already going. If you haven't reserved a spot yet send one of us a message or email and we can send you floor plans, details, and availability. If you have any questions post em!

So cool. Thanks Sam. Now I am convinced that Chris is the sweetest and most responsible boy to take care of 8 kids.
I just prepared a first aid kit for Haley consisting of a book with funny plays for kids, bed time stories and a Bumba memory play. See you on the water Sam.

Devon: the house I am
Devon: the house I am renting is ocean front, it is at the terminus of the classic 5 mile surf style downwinder when the wind blows from the South West which is the prevailing wind. We keep cold beer and other drinks for the post session hot tub. Some of the guys are bringing their spouses. Send me a PM and I can offer more details. The other houses are all sound side.

The ocean front house is nearly sold out! I just have 2 bunks left, but I can put people on a waiting list (there's always someone who has to bail.) So we have nearly filled 5 houses with 6 months to go! This keeps getting better. I promise the Ocean Front BBQ this year will be off da hook!
