Hatteras Honeymoon

I'm getting married back in Cleveland on June 2nd, and my Fiancee and I are thinking Hatteras could be a great and affordable Honeymoon spot. We would probably drive down from Cleveland after the wedding, kite/surf/sail for 4 or 5 days, then hit Annapolis and maybe NYC on the way back to Boston.
The questions I have for experienced Hatteras travelers:
1. Suggestions for a nice and affordable Bed and Breakfast or similar.
2. Recommendations for lessons for my Fiancee. She has experience with a trainer and is an experienced sailor, but I would rather her learn from a pro then for me to teach her.
Thanks in advance for any help. Looking forward to getting on the water more this spring, last year or so has not been kind to my kiting!

The Inn On Pamilco Sound
caters to newlyweds. Between Buxton and Frisco obviously soundside. Thats your place if its not to much $. Google it. Also Ty Lykett (Kite Hatteras) I believe keeps his kite boat there for lessons. Thomas at toesideswatersports.com is also very good for lessons with jetski as well Jay Crawford. I also know someone with a very nice house off Park St. that rents very reasonably. Recently remodeled and nice big deck with hot tub and some water view. PM me. Congrats, have fun.

Inn on Pamlico Sound
Just spent a week at the Inn, and my wife had lessons with Ty. Great spot on the sound with easy access to KP and Frisco, etc. Not cheap but popular honeymoon spot for non-kiters as well.
My wife went out on the boat for lessons, and I launched from the boat and kited around them. Great for my access since wind direction not an issue.
