Yea Pete the ice is plenty

Yea Pete the ice is plenty safe I checked it last Sat and there was 6-8" of nice hard ice, though there were some open spots that were totally avoidable.

Just got back from Indian,

Just got back from Indian, had a great 2hr session then the wind died and the rain started. The wind was real light NE not even 10mph the surface of the lake is variable from 3" of wind blown packed powder to 1/4" of fresh snow on black ice.
The lake is 90% frozen with 2 open spots that are completely avoidable. All in all the place is good to go:)
