stupid as it may sound I
stupid as it may sound I recall making about two or three steps or so in the pool as a kid. if those shoes are really as water repellent as they seem, it might just work. probably want to make sure the soles are also water repellent. I got some nikwax that I used on my old kites... hmmm... something to try at WB in the summer when the wind dies! Then again they have a website that sells a bunch of merchandise - so seems more like a marketing thing.
