Starkites Depower Line Replacement

I know some of you guys on Masskiting are reps for Starkites so I wonder if you can help me with replacing my depower line on a 2010 Starkites bar. I got the replacement line, but cannot figure out to attach it to the depower webbing.

Sorry if this is a noob questions, but I could use some advice. Thank you in advance!
