I have a caution spit fire and its a pretty old model i'm pretty sure 2006 but the point is that the valves release air really fast when i pull the valve of it says in the manual to pinch the valve but it doesn't really help I think the system that seals the valve when air is coming out is damaged does any one have any incite into caution kites or know whats wrong with the valve.

If your sure the airs coming

If your sure the airs coming out of the valve and not around the base of the valve, then the inner pressure flap (like you have on a beach ball) is probably broken. you should remove the bladder and have it sent out, or if your a fix it yourself kind of guy which is ok too then they sell "u stick" valves. just google how to replace one. But make sure theres somthing wrong with it......fiddle with it for awhile and if your sure its broken take the next step.

Michael, Is the air coming

Michael,

Is the air coming out of the top of the valve or are you able to completely pinch off the valve and air is coming out from somewhere else?

If the air is coming out of the top, then it just takes some practice to pinch the valves off while you are removing the pump and putting in the cap.

If the air is coming out from someplace else, then you either have bad valve(Drunk and should replace them.

Feel free to give me a call and we can talk through it.

Philip
