videos section site improvements

Hi everyone... been working on the videos section of the site.
We've made the "recent" member and industry video sections a little easier to look through by decreasing the size of the thumbnails.
The "top rated" sections now actually work and display in a smarter way. Videos with more votes climb higher in the list, so if you could go back and rate some of your favorite videos, it'd help everyone find the cool stuff. So go! vote!
If you find any quirks of have suggestions, shout it out.

On your profile, go to edit. Then there should be 3 tabs... Under the second tab. Where all the juicy info is. It's called "portrait" not profile photo. It should be the next option or two under "real name" which, btw, everyone should fill in. If you can't see the portrait option, let me know. You, or anyone for that matter. If you can't, it's a permissions thing. I can proy fix fast.

JD did most of the work. I mostly supervised
Btw we cleaned up the user updat profile page. There is a new field called Portrait. Upload a yearbook style pic of you... We are working on doing a cool thing with those and could use more photos up there. Btw, I apologize if anyone finds a photo of them already uploaded. We needed some test subjects.
