I spoke to the Dennis Beach Dept and they will decide to keep West Dennis Beach closed on Saturday. They are supposed to make the call in the morning and then will call me witht the info.
I should know by 9:00 and will put up a message.

Yeah they tend to close all the beaches when a big storm comes. I would be a bit surprised if they dont open WD today.

Lost & found dept. from W Dennis- I have a yellow Cabrinha pump that was left to fend for itself on the beach. It misses it's owner.

Oh my, It must be so scared and alone.
You know its this type of irresponsible pump ownership that really makes me angry. You decided to get the pump and then because your too busy having fun once you have used it you just abandon it like an old sock.
Pump ownership comes with responsibility and maybe you took that a little too lightly when you got him/her. Now that you might need it again you want everyone to drop everything and find it.
I think I speak for all pump owners out there when i say shame on you Mr. Scooper.

I was the last one to leave the beach and picked up the abandoned pump. I'm hoping to reunite it with it's proper owner.

The satisfaction of seeing the lonely beast back to it's rightful owner is all the reward that I need.
Actually, the beer should go to Florian. We were carpooling. It was his idea to take it and post on Masskiting. I would have just left it on the beach.
