Who wants to live in a sweet apartment in Southie?

Fellow Boston Kiters,
I've recently embarked on buying a house and have a need for someone to take my apartment. The place is in Southie, E 6th and I St. Less than a mile from Pbay. 2 1/2 bedrooms, 2 full baths, deck, duplex.
Rent is $1850 and could include a parking spot for an additional $150 if interested.
Move in date would be Feb 1.
