Xmas kiting trip

Anybody interested in a week of kiting during winter break? Ferd, Ben and I are planning on a get away somewhere around December 24-31.
Needs to be affordable and good kiting, so far we're thinking South Padre Island (TX), La Ventana (Mexico) or Tampa (FL), but we haven't decided anything yet.
Other options could be Aruba, Antigua, Key West or Puerto Rico. Because it's family travel season, flights to Mexico and Puerto Rico are quite expensive during this time.

Bahia Salinas, Costa Rica
I'll be at the Kitehouse in Bahia Salinas, Costa Rica December 8th through the 22nd. Flight and accommodations were very affordable.
