The Bog Slush Sesh

A good session at "The bog". Wind was on the lighter side for the first part of the day, so the big kites were up. The lake also had deep slush hiding beneath the snow in spots, so you did not want to be under powered when it counted. This "pond" is large, almost a mile wide by a mile long. After messing around near the boat ramp for awhile, I found much cleaner air well away from the launch site 3/4 mile downwind, somewhat risky but worth it.
It was not the perfect kiting day.. but well over 30 miles of fun.
