Gusty Dog
Got to Dog just before 2. Andrew, Paul, Dan, Benny B we there along with George giving a lession at low tide. Tide was still heading out. The winds were from mid to low 20s all the way to around 50 on at least one gust according to the Nahant Wounderkind site. I was on my 10, others were on 8s and 9s. Dan says the weird rocks were seals, but other than very weird shapes I didn't see the seals. We kited until after sunset at 4, when the winds died. Working with my Oregan Scientific ATC9K which has a multiple shot camera that takes 5 shots at a time with a delay. Good to see the guys. Got Paul in a jump and others in a video. Still learning the camera.
Nice session report Fred! Good to see you still rockin' dog beach this late into the season.
I have yet to get back into the water since I sprained my hip and knee, but you may see me out there 1 or 2 more times before I switch into snowkite/snowboard mode.
Sounds like great conditions for a lesson at DOG !!
