Ocean Side Cruise

Eric, Jeff, Holly and I enjoyed a great light wind cruise down the coast from Newcomb's Hollow to Marconi Beach on the ocean side in Wellfleet. Conditions included light wind out of the North / North East, small rolling surf bright blue skis and temperatures in the low to mid 60's. We all had a great time and I learned how to ride down wind while looping the kite, caught a wave or two and just soaked in the beauty that the ocean beaches on the outer cape posses. Many thanks go to Eric at funseekers in Wellfeet for being our tour guide and providing the support and Mary for snaping the pictures and driving the sag wagon.

It was a beautiful day. We were at White Crest beach the same day in the afternoon. The wind was 15 knots NE and the waves built up quite a bit. I took a lone morning session at the Gut, which was nice too. Here are some more pics from the oeanside.
