Sengie Session
9:30 wind reports showed it blowing 14-30 at the VH Harbor site and 32-42mph at Horseshoe Shoals. Nice little snow showers coming through but temp felt above 32deg. Woke up brother in-law after taking the little guy to daycare. I had driven the long way to daycare so I could check Sengie and State Beach. All and all it looked really good, a bit gusty but manageable.
By the time Ron had roused from the couch my wetsuit was already starting to lose the dampness left from Monday's quick stretch in marginal conditions. Needless to say I was eager to get out. I handed him a cup of tea and the camera and out the door I went.
The dredging operation which has been taking place all fall and winter has finally finished up and the pond is mine. The pictures say the rest as I just enjoyed my playground. A big thanks to Ron for snapping some sick shots on a very cold and wet day.
Huge amount of respect going to all the Masskiters that have been getting out all winter.

The boat has been anchored there since the start of scallop season and I have been eyeing it. I was hoping to try a few grinds but was happy to just get some good shots of jumping over it.
Jealous of you guys getting the waves but very happy with what I got.
