wonderful dog beach
If your first session at Dog is mostly low tide it looks like a friendly beginner beach, just watch out for an occasional small obstacle in the water and it's fine.
Beware- it's not a beginner beach at high tide. If the wind picks up, for instance, and there's no one to land you, would you know what to do? There's no beach, rock wall, road, very gusty.
Even with someone to land you at high tide, it's very easy to make a mistake in a big gust and get pulled into the rocks or road, or land your kite in the road, which has happened a lot and could get kiting banned here if it continues. We shouldn't forget that someone was seriously injured here last year by getting dragged into the rock wall.
Sorry to be negative. Maybe you know all this already. I just don't want anyone else to get injured here because they had the wrong impression about the beach.

Thanks a lot for this comment, I appreciate it!!!!!!!!!
Yes, you are totally right, from this point of view it is dangerous regarding the shallow water with obstacles, and the proximity to the road!!!
I agree: PAY CLOSE ATTENTION FOR LAUNCHING AND LANDING and don't walk on the beach with your kite at 12!!!
I just wanted to express my happiness, that's why i forgot to mention this...
for launching and landing:
I was very worried about that, as there was no beach too land my Flysurfer, so i switched to an inflatable for the first time in my life and of course one line ripped while i was out- brilliant!!!
Afterwards I realized that at the very end of the beach is a quite wide strip of sand even in hightide! so if there are not too many people and the wind is not too strong, launching and landing works there!
From what you mentioned above, probably Revere is more of a safe reccomendation then for beginners (depending on th wind direction of course)!!
Good winds,
Philip
