I had a pretty big kiteloop

I had a pretty big kiteloop today (maybe 10ft or so) and it pretty easily snapped the gopro mount on impact, luckily i had it leashed.

Video coming soon. Smile

Those are some of the worst

Those are some of the worst crashes, with the kite looping and your back to the water Sad

I was actually facing the water, so I'm not sure how it happened...I think it was after I blew the landing...or maybe my little slingshot wasn't the result of the inadvertent kiteloop...it's all a blur now. But there definitely was a kiteloop, confirmed by an entertained viewer on the beach. And I was horizontal for a foolishly long period of time at some point during my session.

Hey...If you're not crashing, you're not trying.

So that's what it's like it

So that's what it's like it to land that. I wish I had a camera on my board today...there'd be an 'accidental backroll kiteloop' video. I think I went a good 10-15 ft horizontally, superman would've been proud.
