Hatteras 2011 the movie
The crew returns to occupy THREE houses this time!
It pains me not to be there. Thanks to everyone involved to be able to bring Hatteras to me. Dunoyer Films for the win.
wow @ 2mins someone please introduce me to that poor girl who got shot in the back with rockets!
ahahaha she is attached to the guy running around with the giant dildo...

And that wasn't a dildo Eric, that was my costume!!! lol
Jean that was so sick man. Wish I could have made the premier party.
Jean
As I've told you before, every single moving picture in this film is simply astonishing and rewarding for all senses. I'm still finding parts and scenes that are very subtle with rich and mellow tones plus all the beautiful lighting of Hatteras. Watching intently allows for a great array of emotions and it's such a great way to spunk up my day (and everyone else that have watched, i believe)!!!
An then again it resolves in that beautiful scene with the dolphins man...leaving everyone in complete Awe.
The boards at the closing is also a fun, great and unique idea.
Thank you mon ami. Bring on 2012 I don't even care if the world ends
Rodrigo
7:52 Eugene making moves....Had to point it out...Oh yeah great vid Jean! Another classic I think I have watched it more than 10 times already...Bring on 2012!!!
sweeet! everyone else should go give it a bump!
btw i couldn't figure out how Travis wiped out so bad... then i remember he was riding the indo board thingy. hilarious. total yardsale.
That was after I sliced my foot so I was wearing shoes and riding my balance board. I blame the wipeout on the board that was never meant to go in the water. More likely I just suck. The thing Jay falls off of at the end is what I was riding that day. What can I say, it got me on the water in a bind.
it did have an interesting concave to it... I think you were just a little too lit
Absolutely Fantastic Video!!! Well Done Jean, I can't get enough.
5:15 Mark = Absolute Karma
That Jerk (myself) rambling about bloody feet and stitches....well I ended up with a bloody foot and stitches 3 weeks later.
Hey Jean, There isn't much to say besides U TRULY ROCK and always amazes us with you creative and unique work...
Well done and LOVED IT...
great job guys!! very nice movie... I'd love to go next year!
It's a shame you guys don't know how to have a good time!
Jean, fantastic job! I can't imagine the enormity of putting together what I'm sure are hours and hours of video into such a tight, concise video. Bravo!
Jean, kick a$$ job once again on the movie. It's great having these for posterity's sake and they put a smile on my face whenever I watch them.
Thanks to everyone who came and for all the great food that was brought. Looks like everything was eaten and only a few lucky beers survived the carnage!
Looking forward to Hatteras 2012......
Well lets get the clips and make a screen saver... Must be a program to do that... I want it!
I got's the clips
Jean;
Thank you for putting the video together.
Pete
Who's that at 1:04?
In awe.
I loved every minute of it Jean, I give it two speckled dicks up!!!!! LOL
I only wish I kited more in front of the camera instead of being my usual court jester self....
Such a great production Jean, so well put together. I love the boards floating at the end.
Jean-
Once again you take hours upon hours of video and recreate the vibe and good times had by all...I can't wait to do it all over again next year...

Hi Jean,
Awesome to show some of the moments from the ocean side house! There are so many individual stories created during the trip and it's good to get an insight into some other ones...
I can't commit for Hatteras 2012 just yet, I need to see how much vacation time I will have left...
The crew returns to occupy THREE houses this time!
My sobriety might have been compromised watching this, if I wasn't such an alcoholic, I would love to party with you all. Everyone seems to enjoy the camaraderie and stoke of the whole Hatteras experience
Jean, you outdo yourself every year, mad skills, both on the water and in the editing room.
Tim, the camaraderie is not predicated on alcohol consumption. There are certainly plenty of folks in our tribe who do not imbibe.
Jean,
the comment was intended as a goof on myself, sorry if anyone took it any other way.
Of course, booze has nothing to do with the camaraderie exhibited by MK in Hatteras, the beauty of the natural enviornment we all play in, especially OBX,and the riding and friendship are what make it exceptional.
Love the underwater pool shot of the boards.
Agreed with the boards shot. If that was a screensaver I would have it on all day!
God, I love it so much! Thanks for the all the work Jean! First big smile today, after half a minute into watching! Can't wait either for next year! Running out of exclamation marks!
Great job Jean, I can't wait for my first one next year.
I want to see more... should do like the "Grand Bleu", release the long version after a successful short one.
Love it love it. I just watched it again for the 3rd time.
is it on kiteforum yet? we should all hit it up tomorrow (Monday) and try to spike the ratings.
2012 can't come soon enough!
Awesome job Jean so professional. You are a wizard in the editing room, you really made all the different videos flow so well together.

As the world is ending, is there a better place to be than sipping rodrigo mojitos on the balcony with a setting sun feeling the tingling tendons after an all out day of multiple downwinders...
