Nice backroll
I've seen the "how-to" video, now this and I keep hearing that Kristoff is throwing them down like a champ. Is this trick required to make the Masskiting "varsity" team? I am such a n00b - I'll never make it if you guys keep progressing at this rate!

Well, there are a bunch of us
Well, there are a bunch of us that seem to be progressing at the same rate and on the same tricks... kinda gives slight pressure, but you have total support too. I think it was last September that a bunch of us said we wanted to land backroll kiteloops in October. And we did. Now for a few of us it's working on some variation of the Jesus Walk. Others it's throwing our first handlepasses or dangle passes. The great thing is that there are so many aspects of the sport, you can go in any direction and with any combinations.
Lucky for you, I think we're all willing to lend a hand to get you guys to progress... so you could progress faster than we did

Need time on the water!!!
I only started after Labor day last year. Three or four lessons then a couple of sessions that were way too short - once no wind, once too much. When I saw you Thanksgiving weekend at FE it was my only real "session" on my own. I spent most of that in the water freezing my fingers and toes off. So I gotta be dedicated this year. The two new kites (Rebel 10M and 14 M) should help. Hope to see you out there soon!

I got so schooled at the end
I got so schooled at the end of the day... my knee is jacked. at least I can walk around ok now. Kiteloops can hurt people and I love it!!
btw, that was the first time on that Ozone C4 7m... freaking awesome kite!! I'm still happily scared of it. Can't wait for another sesh.

Until I broke my ribs I was on the same progression path. I think taught a few how to do the backroll kiteloop
. Now I feel light years behind on the loops. Dark slide though I think got a couple last weekend.
