Masskiting Hatteras 2010 "The Movie"

Dunoyer's picture

MASSkiting has been traveling to Hatteras, NC OBX for our annual trip. This year with producer and editor Jean Dunoyer we take a trip inside the lives of the MASSkiter. We are a family of adventure enthusiasts chasing wind where we can find it. As New England's winter kitesurfing winds down, we head down south to warm our spirits and welcome Spring conditions. Jean puts his experience to the test to deliver a movie spotlighting not the pros or the industry but the the average kitboarder looking for community and adventure! This is our story....

Jean Dunoyer Notes: Here is the complete movie. I had to compress the image considerably to fit within the file limit. If you wish to see the film in its full splendor on your flat screen TV, I have DVD's available.

Jean, The movie was over and

Jean,

The movie was over and beyond expectations and I cannot wait to join the crew for the next trip. Favorite part though was Gorette speaking about the previous years movie and it being shown at a convention. Also Johnny D saying he is not addicted! Classic!

Couldn't agree more

Johnny D, I couldn't agreed more with your statement Mr. Jean is a true fellow and outstanding as a person.. Had the honor to meet his family and that was an outstanding experience..

I watched the video with my wife and we both loved the content and the story about kiting Smile

Well done!

Kudos to Jean and some characters on the Movie.. Love the part when Jermy mention about buying kites and Chris "HOWUDOING" about no going to Museum and stop looking at the ladies since he is always focusing on the flag to check the wind..

Jean Dunoyer you are a role model waterman!

I am very proud to have Jean Dunoyer as a friend, a fellow wind enthusiast, and as a organizer of MASSkiting. This video captures a story that I have been passionate about since we started this community. I feel with Jeans amazing eye and skill, he has crafted a movie that to me is an icon for the average kiters story. We may not have a long line of pro riders here in New England but we have spirit and people willing to put them selves out there with their time and personal investment to bring out the best in what they believe in. Hats of to Jean Dunoyer and this exceptional edit of our family here on MASSkiting! Simply amazing!

Thank You Jean for making this possible and believing it was worth the effort. I will not soon forget the 40+ people that came to see this video and their reactions. You killed it!
