Took a few lessons, one up in VT with Stormboarding and one with Skipper on Revere Beach. Took the reigns myself after that. Worst Kitemare:
Getting a line wrapped around my neck and having the kite power up.... shudder.
Do you like to ride snow or land?:
Snow is softer than land, but water is softest.
How much gear have you trashed?:
A few kite rips and board nicks here and there. Nothing a repair kit or some epoxy couldn't fix.

A community of people who are just as wind addicted as I am. And/or drinking partners.
