Hepp and I hit it early, first on the water at about 9am. Really cold that early in the parking lot, but once we suited up we were fine. Wind was steady low 30s with some gusts. Both extremely LIT - Hepp on his 6m and me on my 8m. Started mid-tide and rode the incoming tide. Hit the marshy flat area, road the butter flat river, and devoured some waves. We hit it hard till about noonish and then the wind started to fade. Rest of the crew showed up and rigged bigger kites. I was able to get some great pictures and video of the throw down fest. Air temps were low 40s in the am, but warmed up to the 60s by afternoon. Another epic day!
