Mk international Film Fest Pictures

What a great time sitting on Boston's favorite kiteboarding beach surrounded by friends. My take on the evening is that it validated allot of efforts. After many years of listening, following the rules, policing ourselves, working with the DCR on clean ups, making signs, fundraising for Save the Harbor we find ourselves watching epic kiteboarding films on the beach! It was our opportunity to share our sport with the surrounding community and also showcase some of kiteboarding best moments around the globe. I remember siting there and thinking wow this screen is awesome (part of a grant from Save the Harbor) and the sound is amazing a true theatre experience. It was really awesome for the DCR and Save the Harbor to support a very special sport and evening really something special not all cities have. So it seems if you follow the rules, be patient, work together great things happen. Also very proud of Jermy Reger for taking an idea and making it a reality! This was the first kiteboarding film festival of its kind. Me, I got to see a film that I worked with Jean Dunoyer hit the screen and it was very well received! Thank you for that. A memory I will get to keep! Wait til you see next years Mk Life entry already in the works (Jay, Avi, Eugene, Christophe, and others, could use more of your great footage!)
