Mayflower is the other popular option for North winds on the Cape. Kiting is not allowed here in the summer. The appeal of Mayflower is that there is less of walk to the water at low tide, and this area tends to have more waves and shore break then Chapin. Also tends to be less crowded.

More room at high tide than Chapin, closer to the water at low tide.
